Can you change the background on RingCentral? ›

You can personalize your meetings and remove background distractions by displaying a photo, GIF, or video as your background during a meeting using RingCentral Virtual backgrounds. You can upload your own files or choose from the available background options.

The virtual background feature in RingCentral Webinar allows the hosts, cohosts, and panelists to use a pre-selected background video, image, or GIF. You can set this up during your prep session.

In the Audio/video settings, have your camera enabled and click the Blur icon. ✔ Your video preview will display the blur effect. Once ready, click Apply Selection. ✔ Your background will be blurred while you are on screen in the session!
